Overview

The TOA Q-RM9012PS is a 12-zone remote paging microphone for use with the TOA 9000M2 Series Mixer Amplifiers and compatible paging equipment. A gooseneck electret condenser capsule delivers balanced audio, while 12 independent zone-select keys and an all-call button provide full zone paging control from a single desktop unit.

Description

The Q-RM9012PS connects to the 9000M2 system via its balanced audio output and contact closure outputs, both carried on RJ45 connectors. When the operator presses a zone key and the talk key, the microphone sends a balanced audio signal and activates the corresponding open-collector zone closure to initiate paging in the selected zone(s). Zones can be selected individually, in custom combinations, or all at once using the all-call button. A cancel key clears all zone selections. Power is provided by a 24V DC adapter (AD-246, required, sold separately). The gooseneck microphone provides clear, directional pickup for operator voice at the desktop. Dimensions are 190 × 76.5 × 215 mm excluding the gooseneck.
