Product Description
The RC-001TPS provides two independent RS-485 data links — Link A and Link B — each supporting up to 8 remote control panels, for a total of 16 panels per module. Bidirectional RS-485 communication delivers both control commands from wall panels to the amplifier and status feedback (current levels, routing state) back to the panel displays, giving operators real-time system visibility from any station. The module supports cable runs up to 800 m (874 yd) using shielded CPEV paired cable or shielded CAT 5 (or better) LAN cable, making it suitable for large campus, government, and multi-floor commercial deployments.
