The TOA BG-220 CU is a 20 W mixer amplifier designed for background music and general announcement applications in retail, hospitality, office, and light commercial environments. It provides three inputs — one switchable MIC/LINE balanced input and two unbalanced LINE inputs with RCA jacks — along with simultaneous 25 V, 70 V, and 4 Ω balanced outputs. Product Description
Built-in protection circuitry monitors output current and thermal conditions, disabling the output stage if operating temperature exceeds 221°F (105°C) to prevent damage. An auto/manual mute function with adjustable sensitivity enables the amplifier to mute background music automatically upon receiving a paging signal. Frequency response extends from 50 Hz to 20 kHz with 0.5% or less THD at rated output, and output regulation is less than 2 dB from no load to full load.
