The M-01S installs into a 900 Series module slot on compatible TOA mixer/amplifiers and main frames, drawing its 24 V DC operating power directly from the host chassis. Its transformer-isolated 600 ohm input handles balanced, low-impedance microphones over typical commercial cable runs while rejecting common-mode noise. A switchable +22 V DC phantom supply powers condenser microphones, and high- and low-cut tone controls help tame room boom and sibilance. The adjustable gain range of 32 to 52 dB lets the module serve everything from close-talk paging microphones to ambient lectern mics. Connection is made through a removable 3-pole terminal block, which simplifies servicing and pre-wiring during installation.
