Product Description
The PM-222U is a moving-coil microphone designed for general announcements where ambient noise would otherwise reduce intelligibility. Its noise-canceling, close-talking design favors the operator voice and suppresses surrounding sound, which is essential on busy floors and platforms. The push-to-talk switch can be locked for extended pages, and the heavy metallic body stands up to repeated handling at a paging desk. A make-contact remote switch, linked to the talk switch, can turn on amplifier power and trigger chime operation so the system wakes only when needed. The microphone has a balanced 600 Ω output for clean, low-noise runs into a mixer-amplifier input. It ships with a microphone holder and mounting hardware for a fixed-station install.
