Description

The N-8050SB connects to the IP intercom exchange via a non-polar two-pair stranded wire system using a 2-wire, 160 kbps echo canceller transmission at up to 1,500 m (using Ø0.65 mm wire, 170 Ω loop resistance). Power (48 V DC) is supplied directly from the IP intercom exchange. Included accessories are a hands-free speaker (3.5 cm, 1 W, 8 Ω) and an omni-directional electret condenser microphone, both with connection cords. An open-collector control output (max 30 V DC / 50 mA, adjustable 1–9 s one-shot) drives locking hardware or auxiliary devices. Status LED and call button connectors use polarized solderless connectors for reliable field wiring.
