The TOA F-05WT is a 5 in. 2-way surface mount speaker system designed for commercial and installed audio applications. With a bass-reflex enclosure, a 5 in. polypropylene woofer, and a 1 in. soft dome tweeter, it delivers clear, full-range audio for 70V or 100V distributed systems as well as direct 8 ohm operation.
Product Description
The F-05WT is part of the TOA F-BOX series of surface mount speakers built for installed sound in commercial spaces. Its bass-reflex enclosure extends low-frequency output from a compact cabinet, while the 4.5 kHz crossover ensures clean handoff between the 5 in. woofer and the 1 in. dome tweeter. Multiple transformer taps (70V: 30W/15W/7.5W/3.75W; 100V: 30W/15W/7.5W) let integrators tailor the power draw within a distributed line. At 90 dB sensitivity and a 100° × 100° coverage pattern, the F-05WT distributes audio evenly in rooms where wide, even coverage is required. Push-in spring terminals speed up installation. White ABS enclosure with a white grille suits drop ceiling, wall, and surface mounting in finished interior spaces. Rated for -10°C to +50°C operating temperature.
