Product Description
The Ranger MK II 2500 Gold Mount set transmits uncompressed 4K60 HDR video in 10-bit 4:2:2 with less than 1ms of delay across distances up to 2,500 feet line of sight. The transmitter accepts 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs with a 12G-SDI loop output, while the receiver delivers dual 12G-SDI and HDMI outputs for direct connection to monitors, multiviewers, or broadcast switchers. Gold Mount battery plates on both units provide hours of untethered operation using Anton/Bauer-compatible professional batteries.
The system operates across 4.9–6.0 GHz with automatic and manual channel selection. AES-256 encryption with RSA-1024 key exchange secures the wireless link, and noise rejection supports multiple sets running simultaneously alongside Wi-Fi infrastructure. Timecode, start/stop flags, and camera metadata transmit wirelessly through the link. The Bolt Manager app for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows connects via Bluetooth for spectrum analysis and remote configuration.
