Product Overview
The Teradek 10-2596-G Ranger Mk II 5000 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless Transmitter (Gold-Mount) is the standalone TX unit from the Ranger MK II 5000 series, transmitting visually lossless 4K60 video up to 5,000 feet line of sight across 4.9–6.0 GHz. The integrated Gold Mount battery plate enables professional battery-powered camera-back deployment on feature films and large-scale broadcast productions. Compatible with any Ranger MK II or Bolt 4K series receiver.
Product Description
The 10-2596-G accepts 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs with a 12G-SDI loop output, and transmits uncompressed 4K60 HDR video in 10-bit 4:2:2 with less than 1ms latency. The Gold Mount battery plate powers the unit via Anton/Bauer-compatible batteries without DC cabling. AES-256 encryption with RSA-1024 key exchange secures the wireless link. One transmitter can feed up to six receivers simultaneously. The Bolt Manager app for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows connects via Bluetooth for spectrum analysis and remote configuration.
