Product Overview
The Televic Plixus NP-1 is a single-sided E Ink electronic nameplate for Plixus conference systems. It automatically displays the delegate's name when they sign into the conference system—via RFID card or manual assignment—eliminating printed paper nameplates. The single-sided E Ink display is visible from the front (room-facing) position and consumes no power when the displayed content is static. The NP-1 is suited for conference table installations where delegate name display toward the room is the primary requirement and double-sided visibility is not needed.
Product Description
The Plixus NP-1 uses E Ink technology to display delegate names in high contrast, readable in all lighting conditions. When a delegate identifies themselves at the conference system—through RFID badge scan or seat assignment in CoCon or Confero—the nameplate updates to show their name automatically. The single-sided display faces the room, making the delegate visible to other participants, cameras, and signage systems. E Ink maintains the display without power until the next update, making the NP-1 energy-efficient for extended meeting sessions.
