The Televic Plixus Gateway is a 19-inch rack-mountable device that bridges a local Plixus conference system—including Plixus MME, Plixus AE-R, and Confidea WAP G4—with Televic's Confero cloud-based meeting management platform. It is a required component for any Confero PLAN deployment and serves as the secure communication link between the on-site Plixus hardware and the Confero cloud services. Without the Gateway, Confero PLAN, Confero 360, and Confero EGOV Connector features are not accessible. Product Description

The Plixus Gateway installs in a standard 19-inch AV rack and connects to the local Plixus conference system network. It establishes a secure connection to the Confero cloud platform, enabling meeting data—participant lists, structured agendas, voting items—to flow between the cloud and the on-site Plixus hardware. Once a meeting is published in Confero PLAN by the meeting administrator, the Gateway pushes that meeting structure to the local Plixus system for live execution through CoCon. After the session, voting results and attendance data flow back through the Gateway to the Confero cloud and, where the EGOV Connector is licensed, onward to the connected EGOV system. The Gateway requires an internet connection at the installation site to communicate with Confero cloud services.
