Description

The Plixus AE-R + Dante is a slim, 19” rack-mountable audio engine that offers both recording capabilities and built-in Dante audio networking. It provides all the essential processing and signal handling for the Plixus network, ensuring smooth operation of an audio-only system. The AE-R model supports recording of the floor and three additional language channels by default. With the optional Plixus recording license, users can record up to four additional channels, bringing the total recording capacity to eight.

Designed for professional conferencing setups, the Plixus AE-R + Dante features a minimalistic front panel with a volume control dial and record button, providing convenient access to key functionalities. The integration of Dante allows for seamless audio networking across the system, making it compatible with other Dante-enabled devices and systems.

This engine is capable of supporting up to 40 units with its standard power supply, and it offers an optional secondary power supply for redundancy or for larger systems with more than 40 units.
