The Televic Plixus 8-Channel License for AE-R is a software license that expands the recording capability of the Plixus AE-R audio engine from its base level to 8 simultaneous audio channels. It is applied to an installed Plixus AE-R (71.98.2902 or 71.98.2904) and enables recording of floor audio plus up to 7 additional language or delegate channels simultaneously. This license is appropriate for complex multilingual meetings, government proceedings, and formal conference sessions where more than the standard 3-channel internal recording capacity is required.
Product Description
The standard Plixus AE-R internal recording supports the floor channel and up to 3 language channels simultaneously. The 8-Channel License expands this to 8 simultaneous channels, enabling more comprehensive coverage of multilingual sessions directly from the AE-R engine's internal storage. This eliminates the need for a separate TReX recording PC for installations where 8 channels of internal recording is sufficient. The license is applied to the installed AE-R engine via the Plixus software management interface.
