Product Overview
The Televic L-DU Dual Use Functionality License activates dual-use mode on Confidea FLEX and Confidea FLEX G4 conference units, allowing the same hardware to function as both a wired Plixus unit and a wireless Confidea G4 unit depending on how it is connected. Without this license, FLEX units operate in one mode only. The L-DU license is the enabler for the Confidea FLEX family's one-hardware, two-deployment-mode value proposition, and is required when a deployment needs units to switch between wired and wireless operation.
Product Description
The L-DU license is applied per Confidea FLEX or FLEX G4 unit to enable switching between wired Plixus and wireless Confidea G4 operation. In installations or rental inventories where the same units must serve both permanent wired installations and portable wireless deployments, the L-DU license enables this flexibility without requiring separate hardware inventories for each deployment type.
