The Televic Confidea FLEX + RFID is a configurable wired conference unit with a touchscreen interface and an integrated RFID reader for badge-based delegate identification. It combines the full-featured Confidea FLEX touchscreen conference unit with RFID authentication capability, allowing delegates to identify themselves by badge scan at the start of a session. It is compatible with both wired and wireless Plixus deployments and is configurable as delegate or chairperson. The RFID integration works with CoCon Authentication for complete badge-based delegate identification in formal meeting environments.
Product Description
The Confidea FLEX + RFID provides a touchscreen-equipped conference station with an integrated RFID reader at the delegate position. Delegates tap a compatible badge to authenticate their identity at the seat, with the RFID data feeding into CoCon Authentication for seat assignment, vote attribution, and meeting documentation. The touchscreen interface provides access to conference functions—microphone activation, voting, interpretation channel selection, document consultation—alongside the RFID identification capability. Configurable as delegate or chairperson via software, and compatible with both wired Plixus and wireless Confidea G4 deployments.
