Remote delegates access the meeting via the Confero platform where they can view the agenda, hear floor audio, request to speak, and cast votes. Feature updates and basic maintenance are included for the 4-year term. Confero PLAN is required and must be ordered separately.

Remote delegates connect via the Confero interface to join live Plixus conference sessions—participating in discussions, viewing structured agendas, and casting votes with their results captured alongside on-site delegate votes. Purchase one license per concurrent remote user slot required by the deployment.
