Each license covers one concurrent remote user slot; purchasing multiple licenses allows more simultaneous remote participants. Remote delegates access the meeting via the Confero platform to view the agenda, hear floor audio, request to speak, and cast votes. Feature updates and basic maintenance are included for the 3-year term. Confero PLAN is required and must be ordered separately.

Confero MEET 3Y provides three years of remote conference participation capability per concurrent user slot. Remote participants join live Plixus conference sessions through the Confero interface, participating in discussions, viewing structured agendas, and casting votes alongside on-site delegates. Results from remote votes are captured with the complete session record. For organizations needing longer terms, 4- and 5-year Confero MEET subscriptions are available.
