The TASCAM MM-4D/IN-X is a compact half-1U Dante mic/line input converter with a built-in DSP mixer, converting 4 channels of analog mic or line input to Dante network audio at up to 96 kHz/24-bit. XLR connectors with +48V phantom power and remote-controllable gain via TASCAM DCP CONNECT make it a flexible analog-to-Dante on-ramp for commercial AV installations.
Product Description
Part of the TASCAM Dante Compact Processor Series, the MM-4D/IN-X converts 4-channel XLR mic/line analog input signals to 4-channel Dante output, with optional simultaneous 4-channel Dante input/output for internal DSP mixing within the Dante network. The built-in DSP matrix mixer supports small-scale installed audio systems without requiring a separate mixing device. Input gain is remotely controllable via TASCAM DCP CONNECT, Dante Controller, or third-party control systems. Phantom power (+48V) is supplied per input. Two units mount side-by-side in the optional AK-RS1 half-rack shelf. Optional PS-P1220E AC adapter adds redundant power. Available at Creation Networks alongside the ML-4D/OUT-X and AK-RS1.
