With the IF-DA64 installed, a DA-6400 or DA-6400dp can record 64 channels sourced directly from a Dante network — a single cable from a Dante-enabled digital console captures the entire show without a MADI splitter, analog patch, or separate recording interface. The card supports primary and secondary Dante network ports for redundant network streaming, and integrates with Dante Controller for channel routing and assignment. AES67 interoperability extends compatibility to Ravenna and other AES67-compliant audio-over-IP systems. SMPTE ST 2110 support makes the IF-DA64 suitable for broadcast facility deployments where IP audio runs on ST 2110 infrastructure. Two IF-DA64 cards can be installed simultaneously for 128 Dante channels if the application requires, or one slot can hold the IF-DA64 while the second carries a MADI card for simultaneous Dante and MADI I/O.
