Product Description
The VX 15HP is the latest high-power-handling version of Tannoy's exclusive point-source, constant-directivity PowerDual technology. The point-source driver delivers exceptionally smooth beam-width characteristics that produce an even coverage pattern, aiding predictable system design across a venue. Symmetrical dispersion enhances placement flexibility, allowing vertical or horizontal mounting of single or multi-cabinet arrays without compromising sound quality. This makes it equally effective as a primary loudspeaker or as a fill component complementing much larger installed systems.
Rated at 400 W continuous and 1,600 W peak with 99 dB sensitivity, the cabinet produces up to 125 dB continuous SPL for demanding rooms. Configurable bi-amp operation gives system designers added headroom and processing flexibility. Connectivity is handled by Neutrik speakON NL4 connectors plus a barrier strip for input and link output, simplifying daisy-chained installs.
