The VX 12Q combines a 305 mm PowerDual transducer with a Q-Centric waveguide to produce point-source phase coherence and tight pattern control, giving AV integrators predictable coverage when arraying or aiming cabinets. With 350 W continuous and 1,400 W peak power handling and rated maximum SPL up to 129 dB peak in passive mode, it delivers the output headroom required for bars, clubs, and mid-scale live reinforcement. The defined 75-degree horizontal by 40-degree vertical dispersion supports front-of-house, floor monitor, and side-fill roles, and the cabinet can be reconfigured for bi-amp operation when greater system control is needed. A vented and internally braced birch plywood enclosure finished in hard-wearing semi-matt black paint stands up to the demands of permanent installation and touring use alike.
