The Symetrix 80-0175 W1 is a single-function IP-networked wall controller in white for US single-gang electrical boxes, providing a push-button rotary encoder and display panel for direct control of Symetrix DSP volume and parameters over the network. Unlike the ARC RS-485 wall panels, the W-Series controllers communicate via IP — making them suitable for installations where network control is preferred over RS-485 wiring runs. Product Description

The W1 is the most compact controller in the W-Series range, offering a single rotary encoder function — volume control or a single DSP parameter — in a US single-gang form factor. The display panel provides visual feedback of the current parameter value. It is programmed in Symetrix Composer as part of the DSP site file, with the encoder function assigned to any parameter in the signal chain. The W-Series controllers are powered over Ethernet using a PoE injector or PoE-capable switch. Suited for houses of worship, hospitality, conference rooms, and any application requiring clean, wall-mounted room-level control of a Symetrix DSP parameter.
