Product Description

Like its larger sibling, the Radius NX 4x4 is built around a next-generation SHARC dual-core processor with ultra-low-noise preamps and digitally controlled gain steps. The built-in USB-B connector delivers direct soft-codec audio integration with no separate USB interface needed. The 64x64 Dante network audio interface (AES67 compatible) connects to Symetrix xIO endpoints and other Dante devices on the network for routing audio to amplifiers, remote rooms, or recording systems. An optional internal AEC coprocessor module adds up to 16 channels of hardware echo cancellation. The onboard 4-port gigabit switch serves both Dante audio and control networking, reducing cabling in the AV closet. The Radius NX 4x4 is programmed in Symetrix Composer and fully compatible in a shared site file with the Radius NX 12x8, Prism, EDGE, and Server D100 platforms. For installations without Dante requirements, the non-Dante variant is available as the Radius NX 4x4 USB-B non-Dante (80-0205).
