SurgeX 32020-MBS – 20kVA Wall-Mount Maintenance Bypass Switch, 3-Br...
What is the SurgeX 32020-MBS?
The SurgeX 32020-MBS is a 20kVA wall-mounted maintenance bypass switch with three breakers and 65 kAIC rating for SurgeX 3300 Series three-phase UPS systems such as the SurgeX UPS-33020-02. It lets technicians service the UPS while the load stays on utility power.
What does the SurgeX 32020-MBS do?
The three-breaker design isolates the UPS input and output while a bypass breaker carries the load directly from utility. That allows UPS maintenance, battery work or replacement without shutting down the equipment room. The 65 kAIC interrupting rating suits commercial electrical services. Installation is by a licensed electrician, typically during the factory UPS startup.
