The SoundTube IPD4-CM52-BGM-II-WH is a Dante®-enabled, IP-addressable 5.25-inch coaxial in-ceiling speaker from the STNet IP-Addressable and Dante Series, finished in white. This unit is the master hub speaker of a four-speaker cluster: it connects and powers up to three additional standard CM52-BGM satellites from a single PoE or PoE+ Ethernet drop, dramatically simplifying wiring in commercial background music installations. Low-latency digital audio, power, and control all travel over standard category cable. The speaker accepts PoE or PoE+ (30 W max) or a 24 V DC barrel connector — note it is not compatible with PoE++. Full Product Description

This speaker incorporates a 5.25-inch polypropylene woofer with butyl rubber surround and a 0.75-inch silk dome tweeter. BroadBeam Ring™ technology and a tuned baffle port deliver smooth off-axis performance and bass response to 65 Hz (−10 dB), with a crossover at 5.0 kHz. Maximum SPL is 93 dB at 40 W. Zone configuration and audio routing are managed through the SoundTube STNet Control Center software. The SpeedWing™ constant-tension fixed-wing mounting system accommodates ceiling thicknesses from 0.035 inch to 2.38 inches without any above-ceiling access. Included accessories are a 6-pin Euroblock, conduit clamp, cover plate, paintable white steel grille, and paint mask. When combined with up to three standard CM52-BGM speakers, the cluster can be split and configured to handle two separate channels of audio. Certifications include CE, UL2043, UL60065, and ETL-C/US.
