Description

The IPD-SM500I-II houses a 5.25-inch polypropylene-cone woofer (134 mm) and a 1.0-inch convex titanium tweeter with SoundTube's proprietary BroadBeam® waveguide, providing a 75° horizontal and 90° vertical dispersion pattern with a 3.0 kHz crossover. Frequency response spans 60 Hz–22 kHz (±10 dB) with a maximum output of 98 dB SPL at one meter, making it well suited for medium-to-large rooms with reflective surfaces. The glass fiber-reinforced ABS enclosure is both light and rigid — immune to the warping or cracking that affects lesser materials in temperature-variable installations.

SoundTube's Stealth® bracket mounting system provides unlimited directional aiming in all axes, a low-profile silhouette against the wall surface, and a security knob to prevent tampering after commissioning. The detachable mounting plate is designed for pre-mounting in wall or pole applications, letting installers complete structural work ahead of speaker delivery. Does the IPD-SM500I-II require PoE to operate?
