The Sonance VC60RIM is a 60W impedance-matching in-wall rotary volume control for distributed commercial audio systems. It allows a single amplifier to drive multiple sets of 8-ohm speakers while a rotary knob sets the level at the wall. Fully adjustable impedance jumpers connect as many as eight pairs of speakers to one amplifier without overloading the source. The control installs in a standard wall box and finishes with the included white Decora-style plate.

This Sonance impedance-matching volume control gives integrators reliable local level control across a zoned audio system. The Decora-style rotary knob offers soft-touch action for precise, intuitive listening adjustment. Adjustable jumpers provide 1x, 2x, 4x, and 8x impedance magnification, letting up to eight sets of 8-ohm speakers share a single amplifier while keeping the load within safe limits. The control handles a maximum of 60W per channel RMS, making it suitable for background and foreground commercial zones. A 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response maintains full-range reproduction across the audio band. Twelve stepped positions deliver up to 42 dB of maximum attenuation for controlled level setting. Quick-disconnect screw terminals accept up to 14-gauge wire for fast, secure termination in the field. The unit is UL-listed and CE approved to comply with most local building codes.
