The Sonance PS-C43RT 4" in-ceiling speaker uses a high-excursion polypropylene woofer to deliver effortless low-bass extension even at elevated volumes. Its pivoting chambered soft dome tweeter can be directed toward the listening area to ensure accurate coverage when speaker positioning is compromised. A Sonance Laminated Core Transformer maintains uncompromised tonality on 70V/100V lines, while consistent voicing across the Professional Series ensures sonic integration when this speaker is combined with larger in-ceiling, pendant, and surface-mount models. The one-piece bezel-less grille is magnetically secured and supports a one-step painting process to minimize visual distraction. An optional Square Grille Adapter lets the speaker match the aesthetic of square downlights and HVAC grilles for continual sight lines. The sealed metal enclosure integrates cable and conduit clamping, a swing-open connector cover, and seismic attachment for secure suspended-ceiling mounting.
