Product Description

This surface-mount loudspeaker is designed for distributed commercial audio where speakers attach directly to walls, soffits, or structure rather than recessing into a ceiling. The high-excursion 4-inch polypropylene woofer delivers low-bass extension that is strong for the cabinet size, and the chambered 1-inch soft dome tweeter provides accurate high-frequency detail with wide off-axis coverage. The ultra-low saturation transformer lets the speaker run on 70V or 100V distributed lines for long cable runs and many units per amplifier channel, or on 8 ohms for smaller low-impedance zones.
