Product Description
On staged construction projects, speaker brackets are typically roughed in before walls are painted, leaving open bracket holes that need protection during finishing. The Sonance Large Round Coverplate covers those studio bracket openings through the painting phase so the rough-in stays clean until the speakers are installed. Because the plate is smaller than the speaker, the speaker baffle edge conceals the paint ridge that forms around the coverplate once the speaker is mounted. A discreet white stamp on the plate indicates which speaker line the opening corresponds to, helping installers match the correct speaker at trim-out. The plate accommodates multiple Sonance speaker lines, which gives integrators flexibility across mixed projects. The white finish blends with primed and painted drywall in the interim.
