SMART TeamWorks Room provides a complete collaboration experience on SMART Board displays without requiring participants to install dedicated software on their personal devices. Wireless sharing connects Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS devices through a browser interface, making the meeting room accessible to external guests and BYOD participants immediately.
The whiteboard offers an unlimited canvas for live sessions, and annotation tools let users mark up shared documents, presentations, or video streams in real time. The software integrates with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, so the SMART Board can operate as the room’s meeting interface or alongside an existing AV setup.
TW-SW-1 provides the same perpetual license and full feature set as TW-SW-3 and TW-SW-5, with the difference being the length of included maintenance coverage. Organizations that want to assess the platform before committing to a longer maintenance term, or that manage renewals annually through their software asset management process, will find this tier practical.
