SMART TeamWorks Cloud Room removes the need for on-premises server infrastructure by hosting all collaboration services in SMART’s cloud. IT teams do not manage software deployments or patch schedules — SMART Technologies handles updates automatically as part of the subscription.
Participants connect wirelessly from Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS devices through a browser-based interface. No app installation is needed for guests or BYOD users, which makes the room accessible to external attendees without any pre-meeting IT setup. The whiteboard provides an unlimited canvas, and annotation tools overlay any shared content in real time.
Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet integration is included. The 1-year term provides the same full feature set as the multi-year tiers with maximum renewal flexibility.
