The Shure UABIAST In-Line Power Supply is designed to provide 12V DC bias power over BNC coaxial cable to active antennas or in-line devices when a wireless receiver's antenna input jack does not supply the necessary power. This in-line adapter ensures seamless RF signal transmission while supplying power to up to three connected accessories, such as the UA830 in-line antenna amplifier or the UA874 active antenna.
Included with the UABIAST is the Shure PS23US power supply, which delivers the required 12V DC power. The unit features a BNC female connector, 50Ω impedance, and operates within a frequency range of 400 to 1000 MHz. Its compact design and lightweight construction make it an ideal solution for professional audio setups requiring reliable power delivery to wireless components.
With an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and a maximum input power of 12.4V DC at 400mA, the UABIAST ensures minimal signal degradation and efficient power distribution. Its operating temperature range of 45°F to 100°F (7°C to 38°C) allows for versatile use in various environments.
