The Shure RK265G is the OEM replacement grille for the BETA 58A, BETA 58M, and BETA 58MR supercardioid dynamic microphones in matte finish. It restores capsule protection and the microphone’s original acoustic performance after grille damage. The BETA 58A is a standard vocal microphone in live sound reinforcement, house of worship, and broadcast applications. The matte finish matches the original BETA 58 series appearance.
Product Description
The BETA 58A’s grille is subject to physical abuse in active performance and live AV environments. Replacing a deformed or damaged grille with the RK265G restores the capsule’s mechanical protection and ensures the grille geometry matches Shure’s specification for the BETA 58 series’ supercardioid polar pattern. As a genuine OEM part, the RK265G installs without modification and applies to the wired BETA 58A, BETA 58M, and the BETA 58MR. The matte finish reduces light reflection on stage and under broadcast lighting.
