Product Description
The R175 installs into the BETA 52 and BETA 52A following the procedure in the Shure R175 user guide, which covers screen removal, circuit board access, lead wire soldering to contacts W1 (yellow) and W2 (green), and cartridge reinstallation. The internal circuit board is removed and the old cartridge's leads are desoldered before installing the new cartridge. Proper seating of the cartridge with the TOP label aligned with the logo on the microphone case is required for correct orientation.
