Product Overview
The Shure P3T is a half-rack wireless transmitter for the PSM300 Personal Monitor System, providing a single channel of 24-bit digital audio to PSM300 bodypack receivers over a 90-meter operating range. Built for permanent AV installation and touring applications, the P3T accepts balanced ¼" TRS inputs and delivers a stereo or mono mix wirelessly to performers onstage. With one-touch IR sync, a high-contrast LCD display, and an included rack mount kit, the P3T integrates cleanly into professional audio rack infrastructure for houses of worship, auditoriums, and commercial AV deployments.
Product Description
The P3T transmitter sends one channel of monitor mix to paired P3R or P3RA bodypack receivers. Two balanced ¼" TRS inputs with loop outputs allow the P3T to be inserted inline in an existing patch bay or console feed without signal interruption. The front-panel LCD shows left/right audio output meters for live signal verification, and selectable line/aux input levels accommodate different signal sources including direct console aux sends and line-level patch points. The half-rack form factor accommodates two P3T units in a single rack unit with the included hardware, making it a space-efficient choice for multi-channel PSM300 installations. See the complete Shure P3TR112GR PSM300 Wireless In-Ear Monitor System for a packaged transmitter and receiver deployment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many P3T units fit in a single rack unit?
Two P3T half-rack units fit in a single 1RU rack space using the included rack mount hardware, supporting efficient channel density in multi-performer PSM300 installations.
Which bodypacks are compatible with the P3T?
The P3T is compatible with the P3R and P3RA bodypack receivers in the same frequency band. Frequency bands must match between the transmitter and receiver for proper operation.
Can the P3T accept signals from a mixing console aux send?
Yes. The P3T supports selectable line/aux input levels, accommodating both full line-level console outputs and lower-level aux sends without additional gain stages.
Does the P3T support stereo monitoring?
Yes. The P3T accepts left and right balanced ¼" TRS inputs and transmits a stereo mix wirelessly to PSM300 bodypack receivers, which can be set to stereo or MixMode mono blend at the performer's discretion.
