Product Description
The MXC416/C combines a 16-inch (40 cm) gooseneck with a cardioid condenser cartridge whose frequency response is tailored to improve speech intelligibility and reduce feedback in live conference environments. The single flexible section at the base allows precise positioning while keeping a clean, streamlined profile on the table. It connects to MXC and MXCW conference and interpreter units through a 10-pin modular lockable connector, and the cartridge is interchangeable with other Microflex polar patterns for installation flexibility. An integrated bi-color LED indicates microphone status, and Shure CommShield Technology provides improved immunity to RF noise from mobile phones and tablets near the conference table. A snap-fit foam windscreen is included to reduce plosives during speech.
