The MX415LP/S pairs a 15-inch gooseneck with an interchangeable supercardioid condenser cartridge in a low-profile design. The narrow supercardioid pattern provides strong off-axis rejection, helping control feedback in rooms with nearby loudspeakers or multiple open microphones. Because it ships without a preamp, integrators pair it with a Microflex surface-mount preamp (MX400SMP), desktop base (MX400DP), or a Microflex Complete or Complete Wireless system. Shure Commshield RF filtering blocks mobile-device interference, and the balanced output preserves signal quality over long cable runs.
