The MX412SE/S pairs a 12-inch dual-flex gooseneck with an interchangeable supercardioid condenser cartridge that narrows the pickup angle and improves off-axis rejection, helping control feedback near loudspeakers. The SE configuration adds cable routing flexibility: the supplied 10-foot cable can exit from the side or bottom of the mount, simplifying integration into lecterns and conference tables. The in-line preamp and balanced, transformerless output preserve signal quality over long cable runs, and the integrated shock mount provides over 20 dB of isolation from surface vibration.
