Shure G12-CN 12" Gooseneck with Attached Female XLR Connector,...
Product Overview
The Shure G12-CN is a 12-inch (30.48 cm) microphone gooseneck with an attached female XLR connector, giving AV integrators a flexible mic mount that terminates directly into a standard XLR cable. This threaded microphone gooseneck holds its shape for precise capsule placement at lecterns, paging stations, and talkback positions. The chrome finish suits visible commercial installations.
Product Description
The G12-CN combines 12 inches of bendable gooseneck reach with an integrated female XLR connector at the base, allowing a compatible Shure communication microphone to feed a balanced XLR line without a separate adapter. Standard threaded ends connect the microphone, while the attached XLR simplifies wiring into a mixer, paging amplifier, or DSP input. The flexible design holds its position after adjustment, supporting fixed-install paging microphones and intercom stations. As a 12-inch microphone gooseneck, it offers moderate reach for seated talkers and desktop paging. The chrome finish provides a clean, professional appearance for installations where the gooseneck is visible. The built-in XLR makes this variant convenient for retrofits into existing balanced audio infrastructure.
