Product Overview
The Shure A900-S-GM is a square Gripple suspension mount kit for MXA910 and MXA920 ceiling array microphones. It suspends the microphone from the ceiling using Gripple wire-joiner fittings and steel cables, with quick, tool-light length adjustment. This square, no-cover kit is intended for commercial AV installations where the array is hung in open or high ceilings.
Product Description
This square Gripple mount kit provides the suspension hardware to hang an MXA910 or MXA920 ceiling array microphone from the ceiling. The kit includes four 10-foot steel suspension cables, four Gripple connectors, and eight cable ties, letting AV integrators adjust cable length to set the microphone at the correct height above the meeting area. Gripple wire-joiner fittings make height changes straightforward during commissioning, which is useful in spaces with open or exposed-structure ceilings. This is the square, no-cover configuration; cables of the appropriate length for the room and the hardware used to attach the cables to the ceiling structure are selected to suit the installation.
