The SKP 2000XP-Aw plug-on transmitter mounts on the XLR output of any compatible microphone and transmits the audio wirelessly using the high-performance 2000 Series RF platform. Operating in the Aw band (516–558 MHz), it provides the same advanced RF capabilities as other 2000 Series transmitters: higher output power, wider frequency agility, and superior interference rejection compared to the EW G4 platform. The 48V phantom power supply enables use with condenser microphones as well as dynamic mics. A locking XLR connector ensures secure attachment to the host microphone. The SKP 2000XP is ideal for ENG broadcast journalists and professionals who need wireless freedom with their existing premium microphones—including condensers—and who require 2000 Series RF performance levels.
