Product Description
The SK-XSW-A bodypack transmitter is the same unit shipped with XSW 1 and XSW 2 lavalier, headworn, and instrument sets, available separately for integrators building custom wireless configurations or replacing a transmitter without purchasing a complete set. The transmitter has a 3.5 mm locking miniature input for Sennheiser clip-on lavaliers and headworn microphones such as the ME 2-II and ME 3-II, as well as a 6.3 mm instrument input for guitar, bass, and keyboard connections via CI 1-type cables. Infrared sync allows the transmitter to receive frequency and channel programming from a paired EM-XSW 1 or EM-XSW 2-A receiver with a single button press. The transmitter's front-panel display shows battery level and operating status. Battery operation on standard AA batteries provides portable, cable-free performance. The lock mechanism prevents accidental parameter changes during active use. The SK-XSW-A is the correct standalone purchase when building a custom XSW wireless setup with an existing or separately sourced receiver and microphone, or when a replacement bodypack transmitter is required for an existing XSW 1 or XSW 2 system.
