The EW-DX EM 2 (V5-7) is a two-channel half-rack digital wireless receiver that delivers the premium performance of Sennheiser's EW-DX platform without the Dante networking module. Operating in the V5-7 band (823–865 MHz), it provides license-free UHF wireless reception with digital RF technology. True Diversity reception with two antennas minimizes signal dropouts in complex environments. Audio latency is below 1.6 ms, enabling seamless in-ear monitor integration. AES 256 encryption secures the audio transmission against interception. The receiver outputs via XLR balanced analog outputs for two channels.
