The dual-sided closed earcup construction provides up to 32 dB of passive noise attenuation, and the headphone frequency response of 60 Hz–25 kHz delivers accurate program audio reproduction. Product Description
The HMD 300 dual-sided circumaural broadcast headset is built around the same acoustic platform as the HMD 300 PRO, featuring a pressure-sensitive headband design for extended wearing comfort and a dynamic supercardioid boom microphone optimized for speech intelligibility in noisy backstage and production environments. ActiveGard hearing protection is switchable with three attenuation settings (off / 95 dB / 110 dB) to protect against sudden audio peaks during live production monitoring. Maximum SPL is 123 dB (ActiveGard off). The boom microphone can be worn on left or right side. The modular cable system is compatible with the Sennheiser Cable 26-II series (sold separately), supporting standard broadcast intercom connectors. Passive ambient noise attenuation of up to 32 dB suits high-noise production floor and outside broadcast environments.
