The HMD 300 PRO NoiseGard adds active noise compensation to the proven HMD 300 PRO platform, providing an additional layer of ambient noise reduction beyond the passive attenuation of the closed circumaural earcup construction. ActiveGard hearing protection — switchable with three attenuation settings (off / 95 dB / 110 dB) — guards against sudden audio bursts above 110 dB, protecting hearing during extended broadcast sessions in high-energy environments. The supercardioid dynamic microphone delivers clear, intelligible voice communication in noisy backstage, production floor, and outdoor broadcast environments, with a frequency response optimized for speech intelligibility. Maximum SPL is 123 dB (ActiveGard off) and headphone frequency response is 60 Hz–25 kHz. Passive ambient noise attenuation is up to 32 dB from the closed earcup construction. The headband padding design is pressure-sensitive for comfort during long wearing sessions. The boom microphone can be worn on either right or left side. Compatible with Sennheiser Cable 26-II series (sold separately). Cables of the Cable 26-II series are interchangeable via the modular connector system.
