Sennheiser's Spectera platform carries antenna signals and power over a Cat 5e Ethernet-style cable rather than traditional coaxial RF cable. The 700068 provides a 10-meter run terminated with ruggedized EtherCON connectors that lock into place for a secure, road-worthy connection. EtherCON housings protect the underlying RJ45 contacts from dust and strain in live production and installed environments.
The cable meets Cat 5e specifications and supports the 1 Gbit/s data rate and Power over Ethernet used by the Spectera antenna link.
