Product Description
The AB 4-AW+ inline antenna booster inserts into the coaxial cable run between a remote antenna and a Sennheiser UHF wireless receiver, compensating for the signal attenuation inherent in long cable runs. With +10 dB of gain in the AW+ band (470–558 MHz), it effectively extends the usable cable run length, allowing antennas to be positioned farther from the receivers—useful for large venues, stadium installations, or any situation where receivers must be mounted in a remote location. The booster connects via BNC connectors and is powered via the DC voltage provided by compatible Sennheiser receivers over the coaxial cable (no separate power supply required). This makes installation clean and simple without additional power wiring. Multiple units can be cascaded for very long runs. The AB 4-AW+ is compatible with all Sennheiser AW+ band receivers and is commonly used with G4 100/300/500 Series and EW-D systems.
