Samsung Sound Tower MX-ST40F, Bluetooth Multi Connection, USB
Product Overview
The Samsung Sound Tower MX-ST40F is a 160W portable Bluetooth party speaker built for events, outdoor gatherings, and temporary audio setups. It pairs dual woofers and waveguide-equipped tweeters with up to 12 hours of battery playtime, so it can run an event without mains power. Bluetooth multi-connection and a built-in USB port make it easy to feed audio from phones or storage. The IPX4 splash rating and Auracast group-play support suit it to patios, pop-up events, and multi-purpose spaces.
Product Description
The MX-ST40F is a self-contained portable PA-style speaker rated at 160W, intended for parties, outdoor functions, and casual event audio rather than fixed installation. Two 5.25-inch woofers paired with three custom bass modes deliver low-frequency output, while waveguide-equipped dual tweeters widen high-frequency coverage for clearer detail. A built-in battery provides up to 12 hours of playtime, tested by Samsung with lighting off at a volume level of 12 to 13, which lets the unit operate where outlets are not available. Bluetooth multi-connection lets two phones connect at once so users can switch playlists between devices, and a built-in USB port allows direct playback from storage. For live use, two mic jacks support two microphones, or one microphone plus a guitar, making it usable for announcements, karaoke, or small performances. The speaker is rated IPX4 under IEC 60529 for splash resistance, and Group Play with Auracast can wirelessly link up to 10 Sound Towers for larger coverage. An upgraded LED design adds pattern and color lighting options for events. For other Samsung audio products, see the Samsung range at Creation Networks.
