Samsung SBB-SSFV – Set Back Box Signage Player
Product Overview
The Samsung SBB-SSFV is a compact setback box signage player designed for Samsung commercial displays, providing a cost-effective external media playback solution for digital signage deployments. Connecting to displays via HDMI, the SBB-SSFV is managed through Samsung's MagicINFO content management platform and is suited for systems integrators and IT managers deploying signage on displays without an OPS expansion slot.
Product Description
The Samsung SBB-SSFV mounts externally behind or beside the commercial display, connecting via HDMI to deliver signage content without requiring an OPS slot in the target panel. This makes it a flexible option for legacy Samsung display installations or deployments where the panel's OPS slot is not available. MagicINFO compatibility enables the SBB-SSFV to participate in enterprise-scale content management networks alongside other Samsung signage players, with centralized scheduling, monitoring, and remote diagnostics available from the MagicINFO server console. Local storage supports content buffering for playback continuity during network interruptions. The setback form factor allows the player to be serviced or replaced without disturbing the mounted display, reducing maintenance time in ceiling and wall-mount installations. The SBB-SSFV is appropriate for straightforward digital signage deployments where content requirements are within the player's playback capabilities and network-managed operation is a priority.
